A Fisherman's Beginning

I didn't have much luck fishing- not as lucky as some of my other friends, anyway. Some of my friends caught big fish- and quite a lot of fish. It only sprinkled on us for a little while, but that just wasn't enough to dampen the fun we ended up having for the rest of the day. I am so glad the rain cleared up soon after we first arrived at the lake this morning. I'm not sure we would have had much fun if it had continued to rain all da We ended up staying at the lake practically all day long. I'm actually glad it stopped raining when it did. I really don't think any one of us would have enjoyed ourselves if we got rained on while we were trying so hard to catch a fish.
